About Us

Meet John Manzari

John is the owner of Stargazer Stained Glass & Woodworks, (which is based in Baltimore, MD), and has had an appreciation for fine craftsmanship throughout his life.

As an accomplished woodworker, John has designed, built and finished everything from custom cabinetry to fine furniture. John discovered the art of stained glass in 1994 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and process of glass. His acute attention to detail and expert skills in woodworking proved to be perfect prerequisites for this new found passion. By combining his time-honed skills and knowledge of classic materials from his woodworking past, John is able to create intricate and unique wood-accented, stained glass pieces.

John enjoys experimenting with many different subjects and designs in his stained glass art, and finds great inspiration from other passions in his life, astronomy and life on the water. John hand makes all of his pieces from his waterfront production and finish studios.
